1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Sonos d.o.o., Prušnikova ulica 95, 1210 Ljubljana - Šentvid, Slovenia. For privacy questions write to info@web-net.si.

2. What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message. Servers automatically log technical data (IP address, access time) for security and operations.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Inquiry data is processed to prepare a quote and communicate with you (contractual basis / pre-contractual measures). We do not use your data for direct marketing without explicit consent and never sell it to third parties.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP addresses to understand traffic. Analytics cookies load only after your consent.

5. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for 2 years from the last communication or until you object. Accounting data is kept as required by law (10 years). Server logs are kept for up to 6 months.

6. Processors

Data may be processed by our contracted processors: the hosting provider (EU servers), the email service provider and the accounting service. GDPR data-processing agreements are in place with all of them.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. Send requests to info@web-net.si — we reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
